If there is an evening performance, the Box Office remains open until 15 minutes after the show begins. On Sundays and Bank Holidays the Box Office is closed, unless there is a performance.

How to book your tickets
You can book by....

1. Telephone
Call our Box Office on 01276 707600 to purchase tickets with major Debit and Credit cards. There is a charge of 50p per ticket purchased for all credit card bookings.

2. Online Bookings
We offer a real time online booking service which allows you to select the exact seat you wish to sit in. Just click on the "click here to choose your own seat from the plan" button to select the seat from the seating plan for the show you wish to attend. There is a booking fee of 50p per ticket purchased on internet bookings.

All concession priced tickets can be booked online apart from family tickets if applicable. Concessions tickets will not be posted out but will remain at box office for collection, full price tickets can be posted if required. Refunds will not be issued for the difference once tickets have been purchased. For further enquiries call Box Office.

3. In Person
Tickets can be paid for at the Box Office by cash, credit/debit card or cheque. There is a charge of 50p per ticket purchased for all credit card bookings whether over the phone or in person. Theatre Friends do not have to pay this fee.

4. By Post
Send a covering letter and cheque payable to Surrey Heath Borough Council to:

Tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection unless customers wish to have their tickets posted. Postage fee is £1.00. Bookings received less than one week before the performance will be held at the Box Office for collection.

Reservations
Tickets can be reserved and held for four days or until 48 hours prior to a performance whichever is sooner. Reservations cannot be made on the day of a performance.

Group Bookings
The standard group offer is for every 10 tickets booked you get the eleventh free of charge but please note this only applies to certain shows and will be stated as such in the programme or on the event page online. For larger parties such as schools please contact the Box Office for more information.

Gift Vouchers
The Camberley Theatre are delighted to announce that Gift Vouchers are now available to purchase and can be redeemed on all shows and cinema screenings.
You can buy vouchers for anything over 50p, making them the perfect present for those who love the theatre or who have everything.

Ticket Exchanges
Once a ticket is sold it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Data Protection
The Camberley Theatre is committed to complying with the Data Protection Act. To receive our brochure and event information you must give us express permission to contact you when booking tickets or completing the booking form. We will not pass your details on to any other companies. If you are receiving unwanted mailings from us please phone 01276 707613.

Concessions
Discounts are available on selected shows for the following groups:

  • Children (under 16yrs)
  • Senior Citizens (over 60yrs)
  • Students (those in full-time education)
  • ES40 holders and those in receipt of benefit (excluding child benefit)

Please bring proof of status.

Comedy Club
Seating for these performances is unreserved. Please arrive early if you have a particular seating preference.

Booster Seats
A limited number of booster seats are available for small children who would benefit from a raised view. These are available on a first come first served basis from the Front of House Stewards at the auditorium entrance.

Babes in Arms Policy
A ticket must be purchased for every child over 18 months old.

Access
We have a Sennheiser infra-red system for hearing impaired customers, which significantly improves sound quality. Headsets are available from the Box Office. The theatre also has an induction loop system.

The Camberley Theatre aims to make the theatre accessible to all our patrons. The auditorium can accommodate six wheelchair spaces, but early booking is advised. If you are accompanied, your companion will receive a complimentary ticket. All areas of the theatre are accessible to wheelchair users. We welcome guide dogs and hearing dogs into our building.

Difficulty with stairs
If you have difficulty climbing stairs ask for rows AA-C.

Temperature controlled
The Camberley Theatre's auditorium is temperature controlled for the comfort of our patrons.

We reserve the right to make ticket offers to selected customers at any time.
